Process of Producing Sagarmatha Dog Bites:

 

Step 1: We milk the cow which grazes in the Himalayas and put it in the mixing container.

Step 2: We mix the milk with lime and water to get the cheese out which is also filtered from fat.

Step 3: We shape the cheese stick in the shape shown in the picture and cut it in needed shape.

Step 4: We dry it in such pattern in burning wood fire with proper temperature and get it fully dried.

Step 5: We pack it in our manufactured packet and serve it to the customers.
